1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5 -7 business days within the European Union. International shipping and shipping to other countries outside EU may take longer depending on the destination.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We accept payment through PayPal, Apple pay an Google pay. And we also accept Bank transfers, Sepa and payments with Klarna.

We recommend following the care instructions provided with your shoes. In general, it is best to avoid exposing them to excessive moisture and to clean them with a soft cloth or brush.

9. Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?

Yes, we offer exchanges for a different size within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns page for more information on how to initiate an exchange.

10. Are your shoes true to size?

Our shoes are generally true to size. However, we recommend referring to the size chart on each product page for the most accurate fit.

11. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services.

12. Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders over the phone. All orders must be placed through our website.

14. Where do I insert my coupon code?

Once your products are in the cart and you click on the check out button you have the possibility to insert the discount code. You can find the discount code bar directly under the selected products.
